Where's My Order

I Ordered it Yesterday and it is not Here Yet!
The Internet is super fast and we try to be just as fast. Your order is processed the day that we receive it. If the item is in stock, and there are no problems with your credit card, and you order early in the day, your order can ship the same day you place the order. Keep that in mind if you decide at the last minute to change your order.

We automatically provide FedEx Home Delivery tracking numbers to the e-mail address provided of all orders placed online.

Please keep in mind that we send a confirmation email when you place your online order. If you never received a confirmation of your online order contact us at once at (208) 773-7622 and make sure that your order was received. Check your SPAM filter as sometimes order confirmations can end up automatically in your trash box.

If you have a question about your online order just send us an email to info@teamlargescale.com. We can confirm that we have the received your order and that the order has shipped.

We ship all items by FedEx Home Delivery. Delivery can range from 1 to 7 days depending where you live. We deliver to residential homes on Saturdays at no extra cost.

If you have not seen your item in over 7 working days from the date of order please contact us by email at info@teamlargescale.com with your name, order number and phone number. We can make sure there was not some problem in processing your order and will contact you promptly.
