What happens if it Breaks?
All of our products are guaranteed by their manufacturers. Items which fail within the warranty period should be processed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Items which fail to work immediately upon arrival are considered “New Defective” and are processed differently. New defective items should be brought to the immediate attention of the processing store. That store will arrange for the replacement or repair of the defective item at no cost to the customer. The installation of sound cards or decoders may void certain aspects of the locomotive manufacturer's warranty. This work is accomplished at the customer's risk.

We try to only show items that are in stock and ready to ship. We hope to save you time wondering if you can get an item.
