Most items will be accepted for return or exchange up to ten (10) days from the date of purchase. The original store receipt is required for return or exchange. Items accepted for return or exchange must be unopened, brand new, and factory sealed where applicable. Shipping and insurance fees are consumable items and as such are non-refundable. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items sold at sale, special, discounted, or clearance prices
Items sold at train shows
Custom or special order items
Items with a holiday theme
Modified items, even if by us, such as locomotives involving the installation of sound cards, or decoders when accomplished at the request of the customer.
All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of the order. As a courtesy, St. Aubin will replace defective on arrival items at no charge to the customer within the first ten (10) days after the sale. After ten (10) days the manufacture's warranty applies.
