The dynamic nature of OEM dealer pricing affects everything we have, not just what we are about to buy. Web technology allows us to adjust pricing within minutes, and as often as necessary.
Most items may be returned for refund or exchange. Customers must notify the processing web site or store by phone within 10 calendar days of the receipt of their order (as determined by shipment tracking data) of their intent to return an item. That web site or store will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must appear on the return shipment label.
We use UPS for all orders that we ship in the Continental USA, as well as foreign orders. The only exception to this is when we ship to AK and HI. To these locations we ship USPS. We do this for two reasons. First, we pass the savings we get from UPS for being exclusive right to your pocket book.
