St. Aubin Junction, Las Vegas to Close

It is with regret that I must inform the general public that St. Aubin Junction in Las Vegas Nevada will be closing its doors. We believe this move is necessary in order to keep our prices low and maintain a high level of customer service. All future business will be conducted through our Illinois flagship store, St. Aubin Station.

In these tough financial times it is harder than ever to stock and maintain a brick and mortar retail store. Our two biggest west coast customers, California and Nevada, have unemployment rates at 12.6% and 12.3%. A growing trend in this unique industry is the move towards internet and phone orders. In order to continue providing the low prices St. Aubin is known for, we must reduce our overhead.

This is a truly niche hobby where fierce competition benefits the consumer. St. Aubin is proud to be the leader when it comes to extremely low competitive prices. I believe we will be better able to service our customers by consolidating operations into a single store with a central U.S. location.

I would like to thank all of the customers who have supported the Las Vegas location over the years. I hope the quality of service at this location has made an impression upon the customers and that they continue to maintain a relationship with us. Q: I have a pre-order for an upcoming item on file at St. Aubin Junction, what do I do?
A: All pre-orders have been sent to St. Aubin Station and will be filled as usual. Any deposits on file have also been transferred. Please feel free to contact us at (815) 334-9100 if you would like to check on the status of a pre-order.

Q: I placed an order with St. Aubin Junction within the past few days, will my order arrive?
A: All orders have been sent out prior to the store closing. Any open back-orders have been sent to St. Aubin Station for fulfillment. Please feel free to contact us at (815) 334-9100 if you would like to check on the status of a back-order.

Q: I ordered some items for Christmas which the recipient would like to exchange, what should I do?
A: St. Aubin Station will handle all returns and exchanges for the Las Vegas store. Please contact us at (815) 334-9100 to arrange an exchange.

Q: I received an item in the past few days that arrived damaged, what should I do?
A: St. Aubin will immediately replace any item that arrives damaged when notified within ten days of receiving it. Please contact us at (815) 334-9100 to notify us of the damage. Any defect discovered after ten days is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. As a reminder, St. Aubin would like you to inspect all packages for damage when they arrive.

Q: I have a sound-install waiting at St. Aubin Junction, who will complete my install?
A: Depending on the type of install your engine will either be completed at St. Aubin Junction or sent to St. Aubin Station for completion. There will be no extra cost to you. Everyone with a sound install will receive their item in a timely manner. Please call us at (815) 334-9100 if you would like to check the status of a sound-install.

Q: I have a gift certificate for St. Aubin Junction, can I still use it?
A: Yes, gift certificates are valid at the Illinois store, as well as online at staubintrains.com.
