Q: I have a pre-order for an upcoming item on file at St. Aubin Junction, what do I do?
A: All pre-orders have been sent to St. Aubin Station and will be filled as usual. Any deposits on file have also been transferred. Please feel free to contact us at (815) 334-9100 if you would like to check on the status of a pre-order.

Q: I placed an order with St. Aubin Junction within the past few days, will my order arrive?
A: All orders have been sent out prior to the store closing. Any open back-orders have been sent to St. Aubin Station for fulfillment. Please feel free to contact us at (815) 334-9100 if you would like to check on the status of a back-order.

Q: I ordered some items for Christmas which the recipient would like to exchange, what should I do?
A: St. Aubin Station will handle all returns and exchanges for the Las Vegas store. Please contact us at (815) 334-9100 to arrange an exchange.

Q: I received an item in the past few days that arrived damaged, what should I do?
A: St. Aubin will immediately replace any item that arrives damaged when notified within ten days of receiving it. Please contact us at (815) 334-9100 to notify us of the damage. Any defect discovered after ten days is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. As a reminder, St. Aubin would like you to inspect all packages for damage when they arrive.

Q: I have a sound-install waiting at St. Aubin Junction, who will complete my install?
A: Depending on the type of install your engine will either be completed at St. Aubin Junction or sent to St. Aubin Station for completion. There will be no extra cost to you. Everyone with a sound install will receive their item in a timely manner. Please call us at (815) 334-9100 if you would like to check the status of a sound-install.

Q: I have a gift certificate for St. Aubin Junction, can I still use it?
A: Yes, gift certificates are valid at the Illinois store, as well as online at staubintrains.com.
